Information processed

The app reads product titles, tags, identifiers, publication dates and product status to match rules and calculate product coverage. Rule configuration is stored in Shopify as app-installation data and in an isolated per-store Cloudflare database alongside product coverage and sync state. Reminders become product properties in the merchant's cart and orders. Shopify authenticates merchant admin requests using short-lived session tokens. Online access tokens are used transiently for authenticated admin requests. Expiring offline access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, bound to the store, and used only on the server for background product synchronization. They are never sent to the storefront or merchant browser.

Subscription and storefront checks

Shopify manages subscriptions, trials and payment details. Our server queries the Shopify Partner API using the store identifier to verify this app's subscription. The storefront sends a signed installation reference containing the shop domain and store/installation identifiers to our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint to check access. No shopper identity, product selection or cart contents are sent in that check. The response supplies the permitted reminder rules and, for limited plans, covered product identifiers. Confirmed subscription access may be cached for up to five minutes.

Hosting and sharing

We do not request customer or order access, sell personal information, use advertising trackers or operate an external customer database. Cloudflare hosts the app and webhook endpoints; network requests, including IP addresses, may be processed by Shopify and Cloudflare under their respective policies. Application request-body logging is disabled. Product/cart synchronization occurs on the merchant's own Shopify store domain.

Retention and deletion

Configuration remains in Shopify while the app is installed. The authenticated app-uninstalled or shop-redaction webhook deletes our per-store configuration, product cache, coverage records and encrypted tokens. Customer data-request and redaction webhooks are acknowledged without retaining customer records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we control. We authenticate mandatory Shopify data-request/redaction webhooks; no external customer records are retained to export or delete. Pause reminders and keep the app embed active to remove app-managed reminders from active carts. Uninstalling removes the app's access and Shopify manages app-owned installation data. Existing completed orders are managed by the merchant under its retention policy.
